If anyone is ever visiting Central Florida, you must try The Mansion. It’s a local favorite with some of the best food on the coast(in my opinion) with the most spectacular river view. You can either sit rooftop(21+ and up), below on several of the covered patios or inside with air conditioning. The Tomato Caprese salad pictured above is delicious and I always get it as an appetizer to satisfy my hunger until dinner comes(because anyone who knows me, knows that when I need food, I need food). Normally I order the same salad which consists of mixed greens with feta and cranberries but this last time I switched it up a bit and got the Tortilla Salad. The salad turned out to be amazing. Not just so-so, but one of the best salads I’ve eaten in a long time. Last seen here. It came with avocado, blackened chicken and a homemade citrus lime vinaigrette.

Do you ever have days where your outfit is just so comfortable? This was one of those days. Originally I planned to workout before dinner but after being at work all day and not being able to dress up, I felt like it was the perfect time to wear my new J.Crew skirt that had been hanging in my closet. It just called my name and said, “I want to be worn with florals to The Mansion tonight”. So florals it was. Bold florals really are perfect for spring and summer. I love taking a bold floral piece from my closet and pairing it with something more simple, like I did here and here.
